Three Dimensions for Shaping New Digital Order

To mark its 27th edition, ISCR 2026 has adopted "Perfect Cube“ as the motif of this year's symposium,
inspired by 27—a perfect cube number—and the cube, the most stable geometric structure.

The theme reflects ISCR's commitment to bringing together government, industry, and academia
around the three dimensions of Standards, Technology, and Cooperation to build a safer cyberspace and a new digital order.
